Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required. •PE License in AZ required; PTOE/PTP preferred. •Prior experience preparing Traffic Impact Studies, coordination with ADOT, and preparation of Roadway and Traffic Signal Plans is required. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate well and exhibit polished presentation skills. •Financial experience in establishing competitive fees and managing project pre-bills, change orders, and collection of invoices. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
