Required Skills: •Trade Management & Validation •Manage a designated portfolio of trading counterparties, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all related transactions. •Review and validate trader deal sheets and electronic trade reports for transactions entered into the company’s trading system (BOOK). •Confirm daily trades with counterparties and brokers to ensure trades are accurately captured and recorded within BOOK. •Monitor and validate exchange-traded positions, exposures, and trading limits. •Perform daily trade reconciliation between confirmations, recaps, and trading systems, ensuring alignment between external confirmations and internal records. •Prepare and issue invoices to counterparties in accordance with contractual obligations and industry deadlines. •Reconcile counterparty and pipeline invoices in partnership with Operations and Middle Office teams, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Energy Management, Economics, or a related business discipline.
