Required Skills: •Support daily import compliance and FTZ operations in accordance with CBP regulations, FTZ requirements, and company procedures. •Review and maintain HTS classifications, country of origin information, and trade compliance data within SAP and other systems. •Assist with evaluating Section 301, Section 232, AD/CVD, and other trade program applicability under the guidance of management. •Review import documentation for accuracy and completeness, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs entry documentation. •Support FTZ inventory transactions, admissions, transfers, exports, destructions, and inventory reconciliations. •Maintain import and FTZ records in accordance with regulatory retention requirements. •Prepare compliance reports, duty spend analysis, FTZ reporting, and operational metrics. •Support internal audits, broker reviews, customs audits, and compliance assessments. Qualifications: •Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to support timely customs clearance. •Investigate and resolve customs entry discrepancies, clearance issues, broker inquiries, and operational exceptions. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
