Required Skills: •Support export and import compliance activities across multiple manufacturing locations. •Classify products, raw materials, technology, and technical data under the HTSUS, and EAR. •Review shipments and transactions for licensing, exemptions, and documentation requirements. •Conduct restricted party screening and sanctions reviews. •Maintain HTS classifications, origin determinations, and customs records. •Partner cross-functionally with customs brokers and freight forwarders. •Support internal assessments, investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Assist border consolidation and export operations as needed. Qualifications: •Significant experience with free trade agreements, tariff classification, and valuation principles. •Demonstrated capacity to manage projects in the trade space, e.g., FTZ feasibility, strategic sourcing/ landed cost support, origin and tariff engineering. •General understanding of manufacturing operations with the ability to work across multiple disciplines. •Demonstrated experience in managing self-assessments, entry data reviews, and entry correction procedures. •Solid working knowledge of the HTSUS, EAR, and U.S. Customs and Trade regulations. •Demonstrated capacity to create financial analyses, including spends, forecasts, trends, and what-if scenarios. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret complex regulations and easily communicate their impact to the business. •Deep analytical capabilities with prioritization skills. •Strong troubleshooting and root cause analyses abilities with the capacity to develop corrective measures.
