Below are some key responsibilities of the role. •Manage and execute daily import operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and international trade regulations. •Maintain accurate and complete import documentation and records in accordance with governmental requirements. •Partner cross-functionally with customs brokers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of import clearances and adherence to SOPs and KPIs. •Assist in monitoring customs broker performance metrics, support broker audits, and ensure adherence to Banner’s KPIs and SOPs. Qualifications: •Licensed Customs Broker (active or in progress). •Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field. •Applied hands-on capability in QlikSense reporting tools or similar analytics platforms. •Knowledge of Canadian import compliance and non-resident import regulations.
