Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain range/tower operator certification (training provided by employer - no prior certification required to apply). •Comfortable working outdoors, at elevation, and in varied weather conditions. •Clear verbal communication skills and comfort using two-way radios. •Demonstrated capacity to pass a standard background check and obtain installation access. •Valid driver's license preferred (for travel between range sites). •No prior military or defense-contracting experience required - on-the-job training provided.
