Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent. •Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards. •Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems. Collaborates with key stakeholders and internal groups to identify needs, deliver effective solutions, and support business objectives. •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the TQM framework that embeds quality, compliance, and governance controls across the product lifecycle. •Define and manage formal quality reviews, control design and testing, and documentation reviews at all stages of the data product lifecycle, ensuring consistency across delivery teams. •Own the best practices, templates, testing strategies, reusable test plans, and validation artifacts required to ensure high-quality, compliant data products across our platforms.
