Required Skills: •PLM Management. Enter and maintain all seasonal fabrics in PLM. Ensure all correct colors and combos have been added by print and color team. •Create all PLM Board Cards seasonally for the Fabric and Design teams. Maintain all seasonal and core fabric boards, ensuring all are accurate and up to date. •Enter all seasonal fabrics into the Finale Inventory system so that team leads can issue sampling PO's in a timely manner. •Manage and track all proto and SMS sampling orders to ensure on time delivery both in house and at factories. Work with Trade Compliance and logistics teams to problem solve any customs and delivery issues. •Create seasonal and core fabric hangers and ensure fabric racks are regularly checked for accuracy. •Interface directly with PD and design to allocate/ ship proto and SMS to factories and in house atelier •Process and track all shipments from the NY office to mills and factories as directed by the team leads •Manage and upkeep the fabric library and development binders.
