Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field •Applied hands-on capability in equipment validation and machinery qualification •And supporting manufacturing milestones. •Downtime, equipment performance, and production data •Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with plant teams, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams. •Onsite in Bay City, MI and travel to supplier locations when required.
