Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, EHS and key operational stakeholders to create detailed equipment installation and commissioning plans, ensuring alignment with construction timelines and milestones •Lead rigging, mechanical, electrical and controls teams in the execution of manufacturing equipment installation from utility rough in locations to equipment landing and assembly •Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained during equipment installation and commissioning, resolving any issues or deficiencies promptly •Assist in the development of and work within established budgets •Organize, validate and document installation and preventative maintenance procedures in EAM and/or CMMS software Qualifications: •Proven ability to work within cross functional teams and drive outcomes to achieve aggressive timelines •Demonstrated experience in contractor management, technical trades and custom manufacturing equipment installations •Demonstrated capacity to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time •Demonstrated capacity to move objects up to 50 pounds •Excellent communication and organizational skills •Bachelor's degree or significant experience in related field •This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
