Required Skills: •Serve as subject matter expert for UKG WFM Timekeeping, Attendance Tracking and Scheduling functionality across U.S. and Canadian operations including participating in design, testing, analyzing risks, and executing project tasks to adopt break/fix, new functionalities or change processes . •Partners with HRMS, IT, Payroll, and vendors to prioritize enhancements and deliver workforce management technology roadmaps. •Ensure that Timekeeping, Attendance Tracking and Scheduling functionality complies with applicable laws and regulations (federal, state/provincial, local) and corporate governance requirements in U.S. and Canada. •Monitor and validate accurate capture of worked hours, attendance exceptions (late arrivals, no-shows, early departures, breaks, failure to punch), PTO/leave usage, and schedule adherence prior to payroll processing. •Optimize Timekeeping, Attendance Tracking, and Scheduling functionality and processes related to workforce/timekeeping/ scheduling and labor balance monitoring; and recommend and implement improvements to workflow, controls, documentation and automation. •Support internal and external audits of timekeeping, attendance and scheduling processes; and prepare audit documentation, track findings, and implement remediation actions. •Provide reporting and analytics on time & attendance data (e.g., absence trends, exception volumes, schedule adherence, labor cost variances) and support the development of forecasting labor models, staffing recommendations and scheduling strategies. •Develop documentation, training materials, and workforce management best practices for various stakeholders. Qualifications: •Manufacturing, distribution, forestry, logistics, or industrial operations experience. •Knowledge of business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms. •Professional certifications related to workforce management, project management, analytics, HR, or HRIS systems. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel with in-depth knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups; strong working knowledge of other Office applications. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate technical information effectively with business leaders, stakeholders, HR, Finance, IT and vendor partners (UKG). •This role is not open to those who live in other states or countries.
