Required Skills: •Lead the solution design, rollout, and operational optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS), supporting fulfillment centers and sortation centers across multiple regions. •Drive successful new site launches by leading system implementation, operational readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), and on-site training for warehouse operations teams. •Partner closely with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions and ensure successful feature adoption across all fulfillment sites. •Provide frontline operational support for warehouses by identifying and resolving system issues, analyzing operational data, and driving continuous improvements in system functionality and business processes. •Leverage data and operational insights to identify optimization opportunities, improve warehouse efficiency, operational quality, and cost performance. •Drive continuous product enhancements and innovation by translating operational needs into scalable platform capabilities that can be reused across different markets and business scenarios.
