Hiring: TikTok Shop Strategist Company: Influenceish Location: Vista, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:42:49 About the job Experience: •Client services or account management Required Skills: •We’re looking for a highly organized, client-focused •Senior Account Manager, TikTok Shop to join the Influenceish team. •This person will own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of TikTok Shop clients and serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. •You’ll be responsible for making sure clients understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, how their account is performing, and what we’re doing next. •This is an ideal role for someone with agency experience who is comfortable managing multiple brands, communicating with clients, solving problems quickly, and operating in a fast-moving environment. •TikTok Shop experience is highly preferred, but exceptional agency account managers who can quickly learn the platform will also be considered. •Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Influenceish clients. •Build strong, long-term relationships with brand partners. Qualifications: •You have experience in Account Management, Client Services, or another client-facing role, preferably within an agency. •You’re extremely comfortable communicating directly with clients. •You can confidently lead meetings and communicate both good and bad performance. •You’re organized enough to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and internal teams simultaneously. •You understand digital marketing and can quickly learn new platforms and strategies. •You don’t wait for someone to tell you there’s a problem—you identify it and help solve it. •You’re commercially minded and understand that great account management includes helping clients grow. •You can turn complicated information into simple, actionable recommendations. •You’re comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where things can change quickly. •You take ownership of your accounts and care deeply about delivering a great client experience.
