Hiring: Third Party Cyber Assurance Capability Lead Company: Wells Fargo Location: Columbus, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:25:52 Target Skills & Keywords : Risk Management, SaaS About the job Experience: •7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Skills: •The Third Party Cyber (TPC) Assurance Capability Lead is responsible for advancing the capabilities, processes, and frameworks that support third-party cybersecurity assurance across the enterprise. •The successful candidate will lead complex discovery and solution-design efforts, translate cybersecurity and technology concepts into practical assurance outcomes, and drive the development of strategic assurance and monitoring capabilities that improve risk visibility, operational efficiency, and program maturity. •In This Role, You Will Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to conduct independent technical research, assess emerging technologies, and develop practical recommendations for complex cybersecurity and assurance challenges. •In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity monitoring, risk management, assurance, governance, or third-party risk management practices. •Knowledge of cloud service providers, modern application architectures, SaaS platforms, and technology ecosystems. •Operational familiarity with continuous controls monitoring (CCM), assurance automation, control-to-signal mapping, telemetry-driven monitoring, evidence automation, or continuous assurance concepts. •Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex technical problems and translate business, risk, cybersecurity, and architectural objectives into scalable technology-enabled solutions. •Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences.
