Qualifications: •Required Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Required 5+ years in HR reporting and analytics, HRIS, or a related HR systems/data analyst role. •Required 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, including calculated fields, composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards. •Required Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI. •Preferred Experience with additional reporting or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) and an interest in evaluating new reporting technologies as THG's toolset evolves. •Preferred Experience supporting HR data domains such as compensation, benefits, talent, workforce planning, and compliance reporting. •Preferred Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other report writers or analysts. •Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills across enterprise HR systems and BI platforms. (High proficiency) •Advanced Workday reporting skills, including PRISM datasets, custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
