Qualifications: •Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technology capabilities. •In-depth knowledge of product management from strategy through execution, including functional design, delivery planning, testing, release readiness, adoption, and post-launch monitoring. •Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority. •Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives, balance competing priorities, and drive execution in a dynamic environment. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical or process-heavy content for non-technical audiences. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, frame decisions, and build consensus. •Demonstrated capacity to work well in a global, multi-tasking environment and under pressure. •Adaptability and comfort operating with ambiguity.
