Qualifications: •Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholder visibility. •Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, including translating high-level objectives into clear workplans, milestones, ownership, and decision points. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level materials and simplifying complex topics for senior audiences. •Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to drive alignment across business, risk, engineering, and transformation teams. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear recommendations. •Demonstrated capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
