Required Skills: •Position Title: Test Technician Department: EOTAK •Classification: Non-Exempt & Indirect Approved By: Human Resources •Position Reports To: General Manager of EOTAK •Positions Supervised: N/A Job Summary •Assist in the assembly, integration, and testing of embedded and electronic systems for defense and aerospace applications. •Operate and maintain laboratory and test equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, and power supplies. •Support prototype builds, wiring harness fabrication, soldering, and PCB assembly or modification. •Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis on electronic and electromechanical subsystems. Qualifications: •Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (as demonstrated through experience, training and/or testing) •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this position may require access to export controlled information subject to U.S. export laws •Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. •In-depth knowledge of digital and analog circuits, embedded systems, and electromechanical components. •Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills. •Problem solving under guidance: Recognizing abnormal behavior, escalating issues appropriately, and contributing to root cause efforts. •Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent military/technical training. •Operational familiarity with data acquisition systems and automated test setups. •Knowledge of RF systems, avionics, or aerospace hardware assembly. •Prior experience in a classified or ITAR regulated environment.
