Required Skills: •Lead and develop a team of Test & Commissioning engineers and technicians, providing daily direction, coaching, and support. •Manage testing workshop planning, workload allocation, and resource availability. •Ensure testing activities are performed according to approved procedures and acceptance criteria, with accurate recording of results. •Coordinate the handover process from Manufacturing to Testing. •Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to quality, productivity, lead time, customer acceptance, and EHS. •Ensure the availability of required tools, equipment, and spare parts. •Consolidate test reports and communicate project performance metrics to stakeholders. •Foster strong collaboration with Project, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer representatives.
