Required Skills: •Conduct document reviews of requirements sources to produce an Analysis Structure (AS), comprised of the Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM), and Test Plans. •Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings. •Serve as a point of contact for coordinating all test activities between Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. •Participate in test execution to include managing data collection during test. •Participate in Data Analysis Groups for all test activities •Analyze test results, turning raw data into meaningful Measure of Performance (MOP)/Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) driven results that align to the AS. •Produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments, Joint Interoperability Certifications/Assessments and Risk Assessments based on data collected during test events. •Performs other related duties as assigned.
