Required Skills: •Execute component- and system-level validation of power electronics hardware, build and maintain test setups, and contribute to the development and execution of Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&R) under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. •Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals (switching topologies, magnetics, control loops, thermal behavior). •Good hands-on experience with hardware test and validation, including bench build-up and instrumentation. •Operational familiarity with various test equipment (force gauge, thermocouples, power supplies, multimeter, hi-pot tester, oscilloscopes, E-loads, DAQ). •Exposure to DVP&R creation and requirements-based test case development. •Knowledge of automotive and industrial environmental reliability requirements (GMW, ISO, IEC standards). •Solid functional working knowledge of high voltage safety practices and lab safety procedures. •Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
