Required Skills: •Design and develop new testing equipment, procedures, and methodologies. •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory and testing equipment to ensure they are in control and operating effectively. •Perform data analysis and prepare technical reports and recommendations. •Conduct golf equipment testing for conformance, Test Service, and research purposes. •Participate in field testing activities and travel as required. •Manage testing projects from concept through implementation and reporting. •This role will be based at our Pinehurst, NC campus. Employees are expected to spend 5 days per week working in the office. Occasional travel may be required to support field testing and other testing-related activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. •Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and execute work independently with minimal supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to follow and execute complex, multi-step written test procedures using laboratory and testing equipment. •Proficiency in software development or scripting for test automation, data analysis, or equipment control. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical reports and documentation. •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other common data analysis and reporting tools. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. •Demonstrated capacity to perform physical work within a laboratory environment, including lifting and carrying moderately heavy equipment, materials, and test fixtures. •Knowledge of mechanical testing, instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, or automated test systems. •Knowledge of golf equipment, golf ball performance testing, or the golf industry.
