Hiring: Test Engineer (Level 1 - Early Career) Company: Stoke Space Location: Moses Lake, WA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:27:07 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Aerospace Engineering About the job Experience: •3 years of relevant experience (including internships and college organizations) Required Skills: •Designing and building fluid, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems for various test applications •Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting fluid, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems for various test applications •Safely operate high pressure and cryogenic systems •As part of a small team, you will also perform everyday tasks to keep the site running Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or similar •0–3 years of relevant experience (including internships and college organizations) •Willing to work outdoors for long periods of time •Must be comfortable navigating a large, spread-out test site via personal vehicle or on foot. •Able to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted •Passion for building something with high quality, willing to attend work with a positive and humble attitude, and willing to take ownership of large and small tasks to help the team be successful •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
