Required Skills: •Execute defined test methods and protocols for design verification, sustaining changes, complaint investigations, and related product test activities. •Collect, record, and organize test data and draft clear test reports that address results, discrepancies, and follow-up needs. •Support ad hoc engineering test execution and other bench-level testing needs as programs move through development and verification. •Support QC testing for in-office builds as needed, including basic incoming checks, screening activities, and documentation of results. •Serve as a first line of support for hardware-related complaint investigation testing using established methods and documented procedures. •Help run the lab effectively by maintaining equipment records, tracking fixtures, coordinating calibration status, and keeping the space organized and ready for use. •Support execution of test method validation protocols and other formal studies prepared by the broader test team. •Support automated and semi-automated test execution by preparing devices, samples, fixtures, scripts, and lab setups; monitoring runs; and documenting and escalating failures appropriately. Qualifications: •You are organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a strong bias toward clear documentation and lab discipline. •You are comfortable working in a regulated product development environment where rigor, traceability, and process adherence matter. •You are a collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with engineers, quality partners, and program stakeholders to keep test activities moving. •You are a learn-it-all who seeks to improve test workflows over time through better tooling, automation, and standardization. •Bachelor's degree, associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in engineering, engineering technology, quality, or a related technical field. •Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally with engineers, quality partners, and program stakeholders to complete testing on schedule. •Strong written communication skills for documenting results, discrepancies, and test observations.
