Required Skills: •In this role, you will develop, maintain, and update test standards for new or enhanced products, as well as execute testing that demonstrates the quality of our division’s products. You will work on assignments that require creativity, technical expertise, and independent judgment while contributing meaningfully to engineering projects and technical approaches. •Essential Functions •Evaluate test requirements based on specifications, standard procedures, and internal/external requirements. Develop test plans and procedures. •Execute and document tests. •Identify and recommend test equipment, production equipment, fixturing, or tooling needed to meet product specifications. •Prepare reports of testing data, evaluate results, and provide recommendations based on findings. Lead or contribute input for improvements. •Train team members on utilization of test equipment and procedures. •Keep abreast of new developments in engineering design, methods, and applications. •Assist with the request‑for‑quote process as related to testing needs. •Demonstrate the organization’s guiding principles. •Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards. •Perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and assist in other areas as needed. •Learn, understand, continuously improve, and promote the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards. •Education and Experience •Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering in a field related to the position.
