Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. •Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented. •Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance). •Solid functional working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, and/or other Engineering and electronic drafting and modeling program considered a positive asset, but not required. •Speaks clearly and confidently in all situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. •Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the testing environment. •Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling, grammar, and content; presents numerical data effectively. •Able to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings, procedures, and written information. •Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and includes appropriate people in the decision-making process. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.
