You’ll act as a source of technical expertise to various internal customer teams - being a valuable contributor towards our goal of enabling a better, smarter grid. •Support improvement and new capability projects on Form’s proprietary battery cycling test stands •Develop new methodology and verification suites for controlling Form Energy’s product scale test vehicles •Support advanced cell and test system troubleshooting + RCAs, Gage R&R •Verify reliability of our battery test metadata, ensuring consistent battery performance •Write and release battery test protocols using Form Energy’s in-house test software •Own review process of Form test protocols Qualifications: •BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent industry experience •Working experience with transport phenomena/mass flow measurement systems •Knowledge of battery test methods, device/sensors •Proficiency in coding and creation of data tools: Python Scripting, SQL, as well as writing advanced battery test scripts •Commitment to excellence, including strong documentation skills/organizational habits •Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
