Qualifications: •Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and has the availability to work a variety of shifts any day from Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 7:15 AM and 8:00 PM •, with about 2 Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts are possible, but very rare. •Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. •This is strictly a full-time position and will remain as such, 35 to 40 hours per week •, with an expectation to work more hours if needed. •You must be available to assist local sites as needed and to address operational problems when not at the test center. •At least 1-year customer service and supervisory experience preferred. •High school diploma required •; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. •Strong communication, team leading, and training skills, with exposure to a testing environment preferred.
