This role focuses on promoting, selling, and supporting our offerings within the territory and reports to the assigned District Manager. •This is a field-based position that will support our Miami North, FL Territory. This will include Palm Springs North and Hollywood. The expectation is to be in the field 5 days/week. •Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities. •Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets, adapting strategies as needed. •Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring. •Provide product and therapy technical support to patients, including consultation at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community organizations (ADA, AADE, JDRF, patient support groups). •Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and non-clinical buyers to establish a strong business base. •Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns, and coordinate daily customer support activities as assigned.
