Required Skills: •We are seeking a highly organized and proactive •Tenant & Development Coordinator to support our Development Department and help guide retail tenants from lease execution through construction, turnover, and opening. •Coordinate the tenant process from lease execution through entitlements, construction, landlord turnover, move-in, and opening. •Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants during the construction and turnover process. •Track lease obligations, critical dates, project milestones, and required tenant and landlord deliverables. •Review leases and letters of intent to identify construction responsibilities, turnover requirements, deadlines, and other key provisions. •Partner with Construction Managers to communicate project schedules and anticipated turnover dates. •Prepare and issue tenant turnover notices and coordinate communication with Leasing, Property Management, Asset Management, and other internal teams. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
