Required Skills: •A Teleconferencing Infrastructure Engineer configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise audio-visual and video streaming infrastructure. They ensure high availability for virtual meetings, apply security compliance patches, and provide Tier II/III technical support for hardware like codecs, multipoint control units (MCUs), and UC managers. •System Management: Deploy, patch, and monitor enterprise VTC and VoIP systems, ensuring seamless performance and uptime. •Incident Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity, audio, and video issues, minimizing downtime for daily operations. •User Support & White-Glove Service: Assist VIPs and leadership with conference setups, active meeting monitoring, and equipment orientation. •Security & Compliance: Enforce organizational IA policies by performing vulnerability scans and applying cybersecurity compliance configurations (e.g., DISA STIGs). Risk Management Framework experience preferred. •Infrastructure & Upgrades: Manage hardware lifecycles, recommend technology refreshes, and maintain updated network and capability diagrams.
