Required Skills: •Deliver Flight Path training programs, workshops, simulations, bootcamps, and learning events that build Lean capability across TechOps. •Facilitate Structured Problem Solving, action planning, and capability development activities that support operational excellence and continuous improvement objectives. •Coach leaders, facilitators, and employees on Lean methodologies, Daily Management, standard work, and Flight Path principles. •Support Kaizen events and transformation initiatives through facilitation, training, coaching, and capability-building expertise. •Develop and continuously improve training materials, curricula, simulations, exercises, and learning content. •Deliver instructor-led classroom training, virtual learning experiences, workshops, and simulation-based learning programs. •Assess learner proficiency and provide coaching, feedback, and development recommendations to improve capability and application of Lean concepts. •Partner cross-functionally with Continuous Improvement Managers, Coaches, and operational leaders to identify capability gaps and support workforce development plans. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Education, Organizational Development, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
