Exceptional candidates with less experience and strong potential will be considered. Qualifications: •General understanding of enterprise technology, including software, infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid cloud solutions. Deep technical expertise is not required. •Operational familiarity with IBM technologies is preferred, including IBM Software, IBM Power, IBM Storage, IBM Cloud, Red Hat, and related solutions. Candidates with experience in other enterprise technology platforms who are eager to learn the IBM portfolio will also be considered. •Basic understanding of cloud concepts and how organizations use public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises infrastructure together. •Demonstrated capacity to understand customer challenges and connect technology solutions to business needs and outcomes. •Strong interest in technology with the ability and motivation to quickly learn new products, solutions, and emerging technologies. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. •IBM, Red Hat, cloud, or other relevant technology certifications are a plus but not required.
