Drives the design and adoption of mitigation strategies and control improvements. •Acts as a senior advisor and thought leader to technology and business leadership, shaping technology risk posture, influencing strategic decision-making, and driving the timely escalation, prioritization, and resolution of material risks across the organization. •Leads risk reporting, metrics, and analytics, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership while fostering a strong risk-aware culture and strengthening organizational capability in managing technology risk. •Technology Risk Governance and Oversight: Ensuring adherence to PNC's Technology Risk strategy, Enterprise Risk Framework, policies, and regulatory requirements. Candidate must have excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills. •Risk Reporting and Executive Communications: Developing and delivering risk reporting, key risk metrics, Technology Committee materials, and executive-level governance reporting. Improving the timeliness, quality, transparency, and effectiveness of executive risk reporting. Qualifications: •Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility is required. •In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. •Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
