Required Skills: •Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating worldwide agreements that underpin Tavily’s business operations, while ensuring our compliance with global privacy and data protection regulations. •You’re welcome to work from •Austin, Texas or New York (on-site) •Own the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of customer-facing and commercial agreements, including: •Customer-related transactions, such as SaaS Agreements, Reseller Agreements, and Service Level Agreements. •Act as the primary legal partner for Go-to-Market teams, providing practical, business-oriented advice throughout customer negotiations. •Support and enhance Tavily’s privacy and data protection program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global standards. •Review and negotiate DPAs and provide ongoing legal guidance on privacy matters.
