Required Skills: •Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements. •Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and system requirements. •Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, backlog grooming, and stakeholder meetings. •Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization. •Partner cross-functionally with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle. •Support system integration initiatives by defining data mappings, interface requirements, and API specifications. •Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments for proposed system changes. •Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect tracking, and validation activities. Qualifications: •Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management. •BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications •Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall •Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally •Strong knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows, and enterprise application architecture. •SQL, data analysis, reporting, and data validation •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
