Through the brand platform Live Your Life, we empower our community to be who they want to be all while wearing the clothes that make them most confident. •Facilitate IT hardware deployments across stores, ensuring smooth setup, installation, and functioning of IT systems •Communicate and coordinate with vendors for timely and accurate delivery and installation of IT assets. •Provide incident management support monitoring and managing ticket queues related to IT hardware repairs, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime. •Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams such as Networking, IT Security, Operations, Help Desk, and POS Support to ensure integrated IT support for retail stores. •Actively participate in new store opening and deployment projects, ensuring all IT requirements are met promptly and efficiently. •Monitor and address IT hardware-related queries, providing timely solutions to the retail teams. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT hardware deployment and support, preferably in a retail environment. Relevant IT certifications are a plus. •Proficiency in IT applications such as AirWatch MDM, JIRA, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, iOS/Mobile Support, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Google Workspace. •Operational familiarity with endpoint management basics and advanced troubleshooting methodologies. •Understanding of networking technologies(APs, Routers, Switches) and server management •Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and hardware shipment & receiving.
