In performing the above function, GMP practices, HACCP, and OSHA requirements are to be satisfied. •Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance of Barry Callebaut LLC operations. •Support production by ensuring the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment. •Flexible to cover assigned shift but willing to cover other shifts when needed or required. •Ensure the proper documentation of repairs, listing parts, record keeping, and following the workflow process •Help in the training of new employees, both production and maintenance, when required. •Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment. •Participate in the safety-related training programs. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED. •Two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing site. •Knowledge of the maintenance area (Troubleshooting, Problem-Solving, Technicalities). •Good communication skills, both verbal and written. •Math, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required. •Proficient in using a computer (MS Office). •Demonstrated capacity to stand on a concrete floor for long periods of time. •Must be able to work overtime as needed. •Must be able to lift a minimum of 60lbs, often. •Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility.
