Hiring: Technician, IT Support- Sanford NC Company: Gildan Location: Sanford, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:26:35 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Embedded Systems, yarn About the job Experience: •3 years’ experience in related IT field •Minimum 3 years’ experience in related IT field Required Skills: •Provide IT support to users across the division, including reviewing and completing helpdesk tickets, or redirecting tickets that require a different level or type of support. •Maintain IT hardware and software systems to ensure Gildan standards are met. •Maintain hardware inventories and prepare new hardware for deployment as needed. •Support special projects or initiatives, as needed. •Provide support to other IT teams by troubleshooting or performing operations on site when needed for maintenance tasks or problem resolution. •Serve as a point of contact for IT related vendors at the facilities when necessary and provide support and supervision of vendors on site, as necessary. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate at all levels of the organization •Up to 50% travel will be required to help support our North Carolina based Yarn Spinning facilities. (This travel is mostly day trips and involves limited overnight travel requirements.)
