Qualifications: •Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent). •High School Diploma or GED required. •Technical degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training in Electrical Technology preferred. •Minimum 3-5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. •Industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, utility, or facility maintenance experience. •PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar). •NFPA 70E, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications. •Novartis Compensation And Benefit Summary •The salary for this position is expected to range between $37.02 and $68.75 per hourly. •The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
