Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED •0-3 years of experience in manufacturing of production •Demonstrated capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during manufacturing and assembly tasks. •Frequent use of hands and fingers for fine motor tasks such as assembling small components and operating tools. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance. •Visual acuity for detailed work, including reading schematics, inspecting fiber optics, and identifying defects. •Demonstrated capacity to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and gloves, as required. •Manual dexterity to handle delicate fiber optic components and perform precision work. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols. •May involve occasional bending, stooping, or kneeling to access equipment or workstation setups.
