Hiring: Technician, Field Service Maintenance Company: PDS Health Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:27:31 About the job Experience: •1-3 years facilities maintenance experience within the office/commercial setting •3 years facilities maintenance experience within the office/commercial setting Required Skills: •Perform general maintenance on dental equipment and related office machinery •Lead and oversee general maintenance of all property systems (i.e., Electrical Work, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall) •Lead and oversee timely completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned •Lead and oversee alerting the Maintenance Coordinator of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur •Demonstrated capacity to administer, respond and complete service requests via use of hand-held device (iPhone, iPad) or computer •Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance •Lead and oversee 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled •Maintain a professional, courteous manner at all times with dental office employees, vendors, contractors and fellow co-workers Qualifications: •Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED) •Field Service Technician must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
