Hiring: Technician, Field Ops - Enterprise & Business Company: Ezee Fiber Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 07:39:15 Target Skills & Keywords : Fiber, TestNG About the job Required Skills: •Install and activate enterprise and SMB fiber services. •Perform fiber splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting. •Install, configure, and support customer-premise equipment (CPE), routers, switches, and VoIP equipment. •Complete DIA, Ethernet, and managed service installations. •Use OTDRs, power meters, and other test equipment to verify service quality. •Troubleshoot service outages and perform repairs as needed. •Work closely with the NOC, Engineering, and Customer Support teams during installations and service restorations. •Maintain accurate work orders, documentation, and test results. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in fiber optics are a plus.
