This is a 100% remote position supporting a mission-critical federal customer. Qualifications: •Must be able to maintain the CBP policy library, including document intake, indexing, version control, and archiving of superseded material •Will be responsible for providing responsive customer service to the Security Operations Division (SOD) on policy searches and research inquiries •Will conduct independent research and analysis to support the development of new policy •Will validate references and authorities cited in policy documents and determine whether the scope of expiring policy remains relevant, requires revision, or should be sunset •Will create and track routing sheets, monitoring each document action through review, concurrence, and final approval •Will assist with web content management, including posting, updating, and organizing policy content on CBP sites •Must maintain working knowledge of a broad range of current guidelines, regulations, policies, and handbooks pertinent to CBP activities Compensation: •$80,000 - $90,000 / year •Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
