Required Skills: •Develop technical documentation that is accurate, complete, and easy to use for enterprise hardware and software solutions, including installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and upgrade procedures. •Partner closely with engineering, product management, support, and UX teams to gather information, ensure technical accuracy, and create documentation that reflects product capabilities and customer needs. •Refine and implement content standards and AI-enabled workflows that improve how technical information is created, reviewed, maintained, and delivered for customers, support teams, search systems, and AI assistants. •Cultivate a deep understanding of complex technologies, customer workflows, and emerging documentation practices through research, collaboration with subject matter experts, and continuous learning to ensure technical information remains accurate, relevant, and useful. •Lead documentation initiatives from planning through delivery, mentor writers and content contributors, and improve documentation quality, consistency, and team practices. •Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, knowledge management, information architecture, or a related field. •Demonstrated success leading complex documentation, content strategy, or information architecture initiatives. •Demonstrated ability to influence technical stakeholders and drive improvements across teams. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •The target salary range for this position is $129,200 - 192,500.
