Forecast, plan and analyze for learning and training needs based on demographics and staffing changes. Consult with management and employees on learning and training priorities. •Oversees the scheduling and coordination of technical training. Communicate training calendar, courses and learning opportunities to management teams and employees. •Lead the teaching, instructing, facilitation and evaluation of learning and training activities including rules, knowledge, information, job skills, job/task demonstrations; and proctoring tests, assessments and evaluations. •Guides the research and selection of the appropriate training resources and tools. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and OEMs as required. •Maintain collaborative working relationships with management team, employees, internal and external partners and vendors to develop and deliver training. •Facilitate training projects, committees and meetings as assigned.
