Required Skills: •Program Technical Leadership •Serve as the primary technical authority for the program, translating business requirements into a coherent technical strategy across the fleet management, tooling, and repair systems. •Define and own the overall solution and integration architecture, ensuring the three systems share consistent data models, master data, and business processes. •Establish technical standards, integration patterns, and governance (APIs, middleware, data exchange formats, security, and environments) that all vendors must follow. •Identify technical risks, dependencies, and design gaps early, and drive them to resolution before they impact schedule or go-live readiness. •Present technical status, decisions, and trade-offs to program sponsors and steering committee as needed. •Provide day-to-day technical direction to the implementation teams from the fleet management system vendor, the tooling system vendor, and the repair/maintenance system vendor. •Review and approve each vendor's technical design, configuration, and customization decisions for alignment with the overall program architecture. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). •Demonstrated experience leading system integration efforts spanning multiple SaaS or enterprise platforms (e.g., fleet/asset management, EAM/CMMS, inventory or tooling systems, ERP). •In-depth knowledge of integration architecture and patterns: APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware/iPaaS tools, ETL, and enterprise data models. •Proven ability to lead and mentor technical staff, including architects and business/systems analysts. •Solid grasp of data governance principles, master data management, and data quality practices across integrated systems. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for operational and executive stakeholders. •Prior hands-on or oversight experience with fleet management systems (e.g., Fleetio, Samsara, Verizon Connect, GPS Insight), CMMS/tooling systems (e.g., UpKeep, eMaint, ToolWatch, Cordell), or repair/maintenance platforms. •Operational familiarity with telematics data, GPS/asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling workflows. •PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or similar certification in project management, architecture, or IT service management.
