The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized targeting products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. •Key Responsibilities •of this role include: •Leading the integration and analysis of disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt; •Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings; •Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards; •Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed; •Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps; •Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting targeting requirements •**This is contingent upon contract award**** •#MissionIntel Qualifications: •Required Qualifications •Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; •12+ years of relevant experience; •Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle; •Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products; •Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; •Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences; •Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision •Desired Qualifications •Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline; •Experience supporting national-level customers; •Experience working in the customer's operational environment; •Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop targeting products; •Experience in a team lead or similar role •Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000.
