Required Skills: •Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for highly specialized technical positions supporting DoW and Intelligence Community customers. •Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates with active security clearances, including TS/SCI and other specialized clearances as required. •Source candidates across technical disciplines including software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, systems engineering, intelligence, AI/ML, MBSE and other specialized technical roles. •Utilize cleared talent databases, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods to identify passive candidates. •Conduct targeted Boolean and advanced searches to identify candidates with specific technical skills, certifications, clearances, locations, and DoW program experience. •Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and provide hiring managers and recruiters with market intelligence regarding candidate availability and compensation. Qualifications: •5+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting DoW or federal government contracts. •Demonstrated experience sourcing hard-to-find technical talent, particularly passive candidates. •Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates requiring security clearances, preferably TS/SCI. •In-depth knowledge of the DoW contracting and federal government recruiting environment. •Demonstrated ability to use Boolean/advanced search techniques to identify highly specialized candidates.
