This role supports the Army’s Communications Security Operations Center (CSOC), ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant COMSEC operations. •This is an opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals at a leading organization, working on innovative projects that directly support national security. Qualifications: •Two (2) years of telecommunications, electronics, information technology, or related technical experience; vocational training, military training, or professional certification from an accredited technical institution preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of tactical communications and networking environments, including secure voice, data, and network operations. •Understanding of system and network administration concepts, including operating systems, virtualization, and network protocols. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze system performance, identify security issues, and support PKI lifecycle management using monitoring and assessment tools. •Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a technical support team in a fast-paced operational environment. •IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140. •Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. •Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. •Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
